HR - People Enablement Intern
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update training registration form and training records database. (Employee training records on Excel and SuccessFactors)
- Prepare and summarize training data reports.
- Support post-training evaluation processes (Collecting and summarizing feedback and evaluation results)
- Submit and Prepare training document to submit to Department of skill Development (DSD)
- Support training session and Ensure all training materials, equipment, and supplies are available during the session.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Studying in Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Fluent in Thai and English with strong interest in HR field
- Able to work in fast paced environment with people from diverse background
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experienced in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
