Talent Acquisition Operation
• Conduct pre-screening interviews for internship and experienced candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews for internship and experienced candidates.
• Assist hiring managers and candidates with recruitment systems including SuccessFactors –
Recruitment and Onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate data while tracking recruitment activities regularly.
• Handle recruitment administrative tasks as assigned.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Value Proposition (EVP) related Projects
• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives by supporting university roadshows, open house events and career talks to promote the company and its internship program.
• Assist in developing an internship video that showcases company values and aligns with corporate new branding and EVP concepts.
• Support the planning and coordination of the International Internship Camp 2025 in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Create HR communications and articles highlighting internship activities, including university roadshows, open house events, and MOU/MOA signings.
• Act as the project coordinator and primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition initiatives.Expected deliverables
