Role Overview

Support the SAP COE team across project management, SAP integration, and IT transformation initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to both PMO activities and technical SAP integration projects.

Job description:

Project Management & PMO

• Assist with project planning, tracking, and status reporting for SAP and IT transformation projects.
• Maintain project action items, milestones, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, meeting minutes, and management reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect updates, follow up on actions, and track deliverables.
• Support project meetings, workshops, and governance activities.
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify project status, trends, delays, and areas requiring attention.

SAP Interface & Integration

• Support monitoring and maintenance of SAP and non-SAP system interfaces.
• Assist in analyzing integration issues, interface failures, data discrepancies, and error logs.
• Support testing of SAP interfaces, APIs, web services, IDocs, OData, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
• Assist with test data, test cases, test results, and technical documentation.
• Support data validation and reconciliation between SAP and external systems.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, defect tracking, and post-deployment validation.
• Support integration technologies such as SAP MII, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SAP BTP, APIs, and cloud integrations.
• Assist with basic development, configuration, or automation activities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Prepare dashboards and reports related to interface performance and operational KPIs.
• Work with SAP, business, and external application teams to understand requirements and support issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Thai or international students are welcome
• At least 18 years old
• Good command in English
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business/Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in SAP, system integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and IT project management.
• Basic knowledge of programming, databases, and system integration concepts; knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON/XML is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or project management tools is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Postman, Git, or cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Academic or personal project experience in APIs, databases, automation, or data analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
