The Global HR Data & Project Coordinator serves as the primary coordination point for global HR initiatives, projects, and processes across multiple locations worldwide. The role is responsible for supporting the successful execution of HR programs by managing administrative activities, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, consolidating HR data and costs, and ensuring the timely completion of key global HR processes.

The successful candidate will act as a central liaison between HR, business stakeholders, consultants, and local HR teams, ensuring effective communication, seamless coordination, and high-quality execution of HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

HR Project Coordination & Administration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR projects and initiatives led by the Global HR function.
  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage project documentation, trackers, reports, and communication materials.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for HR programs and projects.

Consultant & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main liaison between external consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate information gathering, workshops, meetings, and project activities involving consultants.
  • Track project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.
  • Escalate risks, delays, and implementation challenges when necessary.

 

Global HR Process Coordination

  • Drive and monitor the completion of key global HR processes across all company locations worldwide.
  • Coordinate with local HR representatives to ensure compliance with established timelines and requirements.
  • Track progress and provide regular status updates to HR leadership.
  • Follow up on outstanding actions and support local teams in meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes globally.

HR Data, Reporting & Budget Support

  • Consolidate HR data from multiple global locations and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and consolidating HR cost information.
  • Assist in analyzing HR metrics and identifying trends to support decision-making.
  • Maintain HR databases, trackers, and reporting tools.

Global HR Initiatives Support

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global HR initiatives and programs.
  • Coordinate communication and implementation activities across different regions.
  • Ensure consistency in the deployment of HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, communication materials, and training content.
  • Support change management and employee engagement activities related to global HR programs.
