HR Executive Role for Global Capability Centre, Kolkata
Job Description:
- HR MIS & Analytics: Maintain and update HR Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Prepare regular HR dashboards and analytics for leadership review.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory and organisational HR compliance requirements. Assist in audits and maintain records as per regulatory guidelines.
- Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and background verification. Ensure smooth transition for employees joining the centre.
- Talent Management MIS: Manage and track talent management data such as performance appraisals, learning & development, and succession planning. Support HR team in talent reviews and related analytics.
- Employee Records & Support: Maintain accurate employee records and provide support for HR queries. Assist with HR operational tasks as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, and external agencies to deliver HR services efficiently.
Location: Kolkata, Global Capability Centre
Required Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems, attention to detail, knowledge of HR compliance, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Exp , Qualification - MBA -HR, with 1 to 2 years of relevant work exp.
