Job Title :  Digital Procurement Platform Owner Grade : Manager
Department : Procurement COE Reports to (Role) : GCC Procurement COE

OVERVIEW/ JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for Digital Procurement platform owner with a strong background in management of digital S2C procurement solutions and preferable knowledge of GEP SMART S2C solution

The Digital Procurement Platform Owner is primarily responsible for driving continuous platform improvement, ensuring global alignment on new features, and effectively managing platform releases. Serving as a central point of contact, this role leads efforts to harmonize enhancements across regions, coordinates the rollout of new capabilities, and oversees adherence to the procurement Center of Excellence (COE) service level agreements.

By collaborating closely with global  procurement teams, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, the Platform Owner ensures that the digital procurement platform evolves to meet organizational needs, delivers consistent value, and supports business objectives on a global scale.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience from a procurement role and have actively managed a Digital S2C procurement platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of this position may include but not be limited to the objective responsibilities as listed below (KPIs):
• Technical Knowledge of the Platform and have mastery on Solving technical issues with the GEP on the tool + Implements with the CPOs on the digital roadmap strategy for the Procurement organization within the S2C tool and Future Technologies to drive procurement to Top Quartile for all segments and regions
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with procurement, IT, finance, and business units to understand needs, gather requirements, and champion platform adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, collect user feedback, and implement enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Plays the role of Value assurance and delivery with the CPOs for maximizing adoption of the platform globally and enhancements required to enable the adoption of current and future modules
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors, manage contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Able to work with GEP for all future innovations/ Other S2C, Orchestration tools that will be required to deliver procurement impact to the businesses
• Adoption: Develops and manages the Value delivery Dashboard and adoption KPIs with the CPOs
• Change Management & Training: Lead change management initiatives and deliver training programmes to drive adoption and maximise user proficiency.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure platform operations adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about emerging technologies, procurement trends, and best practices to keep the platform competitive and innovative.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering Statistics, Engineering or related field required.
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree or higher in Supply chain or procurement preferred
EXPERIENCE
• 7-10 years relevant experience working with digital procurement solutions from either an inhouse team or as a consultant
• Proven experience in digital procurement, platform ownership, or product management within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of S2C and P2P procurement processes, e-procurement tools, and digital transformation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and service delivery.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of compliance standards, risk management, and cybersecurity best practices.• Experience in change management
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Experiences in global S2C digital solutions. Preferable GEP SMART
• Understanding of SaaS concepts
• Analytical and problemsolving mindset
• Proficinet in analysing bsuiness requirements and preparing executive communication material in PPT
• Knowledge of SAP P2P process. Ideally having worked in a SAP system is an advandtage
• Understanding of ITIL Service Management processes and advantage
• Customer focus mindset
• Digital Literacy in Trending Digital solutions and technologies

• Proven organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
