Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform, built on the o9 Solutions platform. This role will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and business-aligned architecture across key modules including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and KPI/Analytics.

The ideal candidate brings deep techno-functional expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, with a confirmed experience of end-to-end implementation of supply chain planning solutions.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the IBP platform across DP, SP, IBP and KPI modules
• Define scalable, flexible solution designs aligned with business strategy and planning maturity
• Ensure seamless integration across planning domains and with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, data platforms, etc.)
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and best practices

Platform Governance

• Act as the design authority for all enhancements, releases, and changes within the IBP platform
• Review and approve solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
• Manage technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability of the platform
• Drive standardization and reuse across modules and use cases

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical designs
• Ensure alignment and consistency across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and KPI frameworks
• Facilitate design workshops and decision-making forums

Delivery Oversight

• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams, including system integrators and developers
• Ensure quality of configuration, customization, and integration work
• Support testing strategy, defect resolution, and deployment readiness
• Act as escalation point for complex technical and functional issues

Data & Analytics Enablement

• Define data models and data flow architecture supporting IBP processes
• Ensure KPI frameworks are aligned with business objectives and embedded in the platform
• Oversee data quality, consistency, and governance across planning modules

Continuous Improvement

• Drive platform adoption and value realization beyond initial implementation
• Identify opportunities to enhance planning capabilities and automation
• Stay current with platform capabilities and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Educational Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or advanced planning systems
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect on IBP or similar platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Planning (SP) processes
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and analytics within planning platforms
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (forecasting, supply planning, S&OP/IBP)
• Experience integrating planning platforms with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data platforms
• Holds relevant o9 certifications related to both Functional and Technical (platform) aspects of o9 Solutions’ platform. Proof of completion of o9 Solutions courses will also be highly valued.

Experience

• Experience with the o9 Solutions platform (or similar advanced planning tools)
• Background in large-scale digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and data ecosystems
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
